Prove It+ has been introduced to encourage and develop independent study through Prove It+ activities. The activities will help students to develop independence and transferable skills. It will allow them to select appropriate tasks based on guidance from their teachers and parents, their own targets and their own interests. They will also be encouraged to complete tasks that support the local community and increase awareness of charity work. This complements the school vision: ASK – Aspiration, Success and Kindness.
There is no limit to the number of tasks a student can complete.

The secret of the man who is universally interesting is that he is universally interested.

Many of these tasks involve you visiting places outside of school, so please ensure that you follow any rules and codes of conduct when you are there. Remember that you are representing the school and you have a responsibility to behave appropriately so that people around you can enjoy the venue as well. We recommend you take part in these activities with friends or family for your own safety. It is essential that if you intend to visit these venues unaccompanied by an adult, that you inform your parent or guardian of where you are visiting and how long you intend to be there.
